Monthly cap: Billing is capped at 1,000 matched transactions per organisation per month — everything above that is included at no extra charge. Your monthly maximum is therefore 513.75 kr (DKK) or €73.50 (EUR), no matter how many donations you process.

Each transaction is charged at the tier its sequence number falls into. Tiers reset on the 1st of each month (Europe/Copenhagen).

Worked example — 2,500 transactions in one month

Graduated pricing, capped at 1,000 transactions/month, breaks down like this (the remaining 1,500 are included):

25 × 0.00 kr = 0 kr
175 × 0.65 kr = 113.75 kr
800 × 0.50 kr = 400 kr (transactions 201–1,000)
1,500 × 0.00 kr = 0 kr (above the 1,000 cap — included)

Total: 513.75 kr

AI extraction pricing

When you upload non-standard files, our AI extracts transactions or donor records from them. Charged separately by token usage.

Unit: 1 credit = 1,000 tokens

Free previews: 3 free previews per organisation, lifetime

Free tier

The first 25 transactions every month are always free for every organisation. Small orgs may never need to top up. Sub-organisations in a hierarchy share their parent's free tier.

Support

Support is not included on the free tier. To unlock support, an organisation activates its wallet with the minimum top-up (100 kr / €15) — which stays its usage balance. Support is then billed at 800 kr / €110 per hour, minimum 0.5 hours (rounded up), invoiced separately and charged to the saved card.

FAQ

What happens if I run out of balance?

Inbound transactions still arrive — webhooks and integrations don't fail. They're stored but inaccessible until you top up. They unlock in arrival order when your next top-up covers them.

Can I pay in my own currency?

Your wallet is priced in DKK or EUR. Your card can be in any currency — Stripe handles FX at top-up time.

Are top-ups refundable?

Wallet balance is non-refundable as a default policy. Contact support for special cases (e.g. Danish consumer 14-day withdrawal right).

How is VAT handled?

Stripe Tax computes the correct VAT at checkout — Danish moms, EU reverse-charge for B2B, non-EU exempt. You'll see line items on the receipt.
